Located on the desirable west end of PCB, our Sunset Avenue property is tucked away on a quiet street with a true “locals’ beach” feel—perfect for a laid-back getaway. The neighborhood is peaceful and residential, with plenty of space to unwind. Yet, you're only a quick drive from top attractions like Pier Park (10 minutes), Frank Brown Park, local dining, and boutique shops. You’re also close to grocery stores and conveniences, so everything you need is within reach.
Guest Access
Garage Access: Guests have access to a 1.5-car garage plus the driveway, which fits up to 3 additional cars. Garage code will be provided at check-in for easy access. Entire Home & Backyard: Guests have full access to the home and fenced backyard, perfect for kids and your four-legged family members. We simply ask that you include your pet in the reservation details and pick up after your pets so everyone can enjoy a clean space.

Just a short walk (about 5 minutes!) brings you to sugar-white sands and the sparkling Gulf waters. You’ll love how uncrowded and serene this stretch of beach is—ideal for morning walks, sunset views, or all-day relaxation. Publix is located about 1.5 miles from the home. It is easy to get an uber in this area as well.
